96 4.0 no start?

Ok so I just put a new motor in and put everything togather and now it won't start. I have fuel pressure at the rail but no SPARK.
Could this be a CPS issue? i have heard you can easily damage the CPS when putting a new motor in.

Any time it cranks and doesn't start, it COULD be the CKP (CranK Position sensor). You can test it with a multimeter.

it's VERY easy to damage the cps if you try to put the motor in with the sensor installed. if that's the way it was done, i'd definitely pull that cps out to check for broken parts.
