Door quick disconnect?

Is there any way to take the doors off a cherokee and be able to disconnect them any time without taking an hour to get the pins back in?:helpme:

YEP..I know when i did a search i found a way of doing it..It takes me 10 min to swap doors, i have tube doors i install when it is nice out, which is about 9 months a year

I pressed out the pins in the lower hinges and got some 1/4" quick release pins from McMaster-Carr but since they move up and down they are actually more difficult to align than the fixed pins sometimes. I think the best thing to do here is to cut the top pin shorter than the bottom by about half an inch, so that you can focus on getting them into the hinges one at a time

so cut the pins to which length? Top/Bottom measurements?

whichever pin you think is easier to align first should be the longer one
