It is Powder coated with stainless hinge and lock / latch.
This attaches to the metal unibody behind the plastic - Under the back window using two bolts (hardware not included)
No other modifications need to be made other than the two holes in the plastic.
Price is $160 for Powder coated / with locking latch stainless hinge and Latch
One in bare steel is also available (might be primed) this does not have any latch, you could get one of your choice at any Hardware store. Bare steel w/no latch $125 - Shipping is $20 for either one
