I just got my 2nd XJ, a 1990 Laredo. I work from 4am to 4pm, and decided to swing by the DMV to get the Jeep registered on the way home. This turned into a 2 hour ordeal, as the computer system was acting funny at the DMV (just my luck). I rfinnally get out of there and as I round the corner to my house I see a 2003 or so Cavalier embedded in my retaining wall. Some dumb b**ch ran through my wall cuz she was texting. Then, of course, nobody in the f***ing car speaks a word of english, and it turns out the driver is 14 with no license. So, I came inside to crack a beer so I wouldnt rip off her head snd shit down her neck. The cop is outside ripping her a new ass. C'est la vie i suppose...:gee:

Well, I am sure their unemployment-check-funded-insurance is nothing less than stellar LOL. The cops told her that she need to call a tow truck with the capability to properly and legally clean up all the fluids from her vehicle. Pablo shows up in his Pickup with some kitty litter...the cop lets him dump it on the oil then cites him for not using the proper absorbent on a public street! Priceless!

2)If I wanted to hurt somebody, it would have been a fence consisting of 4 foot steel I beams sticking 1 foot out of the ground, edges and corners sharpened, with a "decorative" chain across the tops of the posts.

I was at a gas station in Santa Ana and one of our border brothers jumped the curb at about 50 mph and slammed straight into the pumps. Guys, I think the "retaining wall" he speaks of is brick/ornamental cement behind or under those bushes you see. The yard is about a foot above the sidewalk so it makes sense to put brick/cement along there to keep it from being "that ugly-ass raggedy steep section of the lawn that the mower keeps chewing up". It looks like the bumper rode up over it and the car is semi-suspended by the front end.

yes, that is a GMC Yukon Denali on DUBS!!

caualties includ the denali on dubs, two block walls, numberous bushes and shrubery, one, possibly two tin sheds, a metal cart, pool euipment and a pool. the tow trucks crushed a cactus after the homeowner signed the waver. lol

the driver (i will refrain from calling him "subject, suspect" or "patient" at this time), is a 22 year old African American Male, possibly had a diabetic condition and lost control of his vehicle. mulitple on scene LEOs and many of the news personnel commented that the driver had a blood sugar level of 22, and was combative with responding units and even attempted to flee uppon the first responding officer made contact with him.

im not to sure i buy the diabetic crash (in more ways than one- pun intended). the driver lives at approx 76th drive and cactus. 76th drive terminates at cholla (1/2 way between cactus and peoria), and the first block was he went through was on the south side of cholla. there were no skid marks anywhere in the road or sidewalk, just tire marks where he impacted and went over the curb. no skid marks in the back yards until the vehcile went sideways.

i used to be utah intoxilizer certified, but still this seems like a stretch to me. i cant help but think that he was drunk as a skunk. i have to wonder if a 22yr old could "crash" like that naturaly. i would think that some neglegance would be present- like not properly taking meds, eating foods on the no-no list, alcohol, drugs, etc.

he went square up a curb, through TWO block walls, and half into a pool. initally, i though 'thank God its a little too cold out to be swimming on this holiday weekend,' but then one of the cops commented that the pool was so nasty, not even mosquitos would live in it. good thing i guess. but now i know why there are so many mosquitos in my neiborhood.:flamemad:
