I was trying to get the motor out, had everything off and realized their is one bolt on the very top of the transmission, how did you guys get this bolt off? I have no room at all and I have pretty skinny hands, I tried for two hours to get this off with air tools, wobblies extensions, and every other trick I had, but to no avail.

I have a 2wd 94 with the ax15. On mine I had to drop the drive shaft and had a floor jack supporting the tranny (x-member bolts and nuts removed)so I could lower the tranny still attached to the engine 4-6 inches. Be aware of how close the clutch fan comes to the radiator. I then removed center console, shifter, and plate and then was able to get to the 2 torx bolts on either side of tdc from the inside of the Jeep with 2 long extensions. Why did Chryco use these, wfk? Definite PITA. Hopefully you didn't strip it/them to where you can't get a star socket on them.

Those two screws will require the use of an E-12 socket. You should be able to get one anywhere that carries Lisle tools (blister pack on a red & wite card.)
Replace with standard hex heads - they're threaded 3/8"-16. The first time I take them out, they go into the scrap steel bin... I think they're 1.5" long, but take one of yours in to match them up.

Use the torx socket with many extensions to reach the rear of the vehicle. You'll be able to get at it with this method.
