Ok so a couple days ago i say someone who wanted to trade a yj for an xj and i cant remember what forum it was on i thought it was this forum but i cannot find it all i remember is it was a 93 with the 4cyl any ideas of where that post was?

I looked at that thread....... I can't believe how many XJ owners seemed to be falling all over that YJ?!?!? It's a friggin' 4-banger with rock-grabbing extended leaf shackles! That dude that wanted to trade his super clean '99 XJ is outta his mind! :twak:

Thats what I was thinking when I saw the white xj. That YJ is nothing special. After having the shackles, and u-bolts get stuck a few dozen times, he would kick himself in the butt for that trade.

I thought I'd seen it on here before.
Not sure why he'd want to trade that for a basically stock YJ, I'm sure he has his reasons but theres no way I'd even trade mine for that, and mine doesn't look half as pretty as his.

that white xj is nice and he is proly does have his reasons but wow...... I just want a yj cause everyone i ever go with thats all they have and i dont fit in not sayin i dont love my xj but as a teen a yj is a little bit cooler

Exactly my thoughts...i guess for a younger driver, any Wrangler would be a "step up."

No, it's Mack. Sidriptide has an older XJ, that's actually been wheeled.
