i got a wierd high piched noise coming from under jeep wen in top end of 3rd gear adn anywhere in 4th or 5th any know what it is? my dad says low tranny fluid. i think i got the peugot 5 speed

... Well did you check your fluid? Does it shift ok? Any difference between hot and cold shifting? You can't damage your trans by going "too fast". Meaning once your car is in gear, it's in gear. Direct drive with the motor.

it does shift ok execpt for the syncro is going out in 4th gear. i dont think hot or cold matters

There is a plug on the side. You pull this out and see if the fluid is filled up to that level. If not, you add more.
