Steering Column Rebuild

I have a 90 with a tilt column. It needs new bushings/bearings in it but I can't find where to get them. The dealer is new to Jeep parts (Old one sold out and closed their doors) So he can't/won't help. Does anyone have a source for the parts to do this rebuild???

Thanks Joe but it is the tilt end that needs the bearings and the Jeep dealer has no clue. Which GM dealers, Chevy? What years and models corespond to a early '90 XJ column?
