I have a '94 that's taken to blowing the 30 amp fuse that supplies power to the fuel pump, ECM, ign. coil and O2 sensor. It'll suddenly blow the fuse, no symptoms, no warning. It might go for a couple months without problems then toss a couple fuses in fifteen minutes. I've found no bare or broken wires and short of pulling the whole harness out and stripping it down, I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

you got a short somewhere. a DMM can be a big help finding where the short is at.

Although you proably don't need to worry about this anymore...

Your short is located in one of two primary locations,
1. Your O2 sensor wires.
They rub on frame rails and are exposed to a lot of heat. Track that down.
2. Your fuel injection wires. They hide problems in the boots just above the
injectors.

The fuse you are blowing is proably the AES. Automatic Engine Shutdown.

I have no idea why I'm answering this thread. Your rig proably won't need to be fixed now anyway...
