Here is a set of heavy duty off-road fender flares for the Jeep Cherokee posted on Ebay.
Jeep Cherokee Off-Road Fender Flares MB2
33x12.5 tires with 6" lift

These are Cut Out flares that require removing a fair amount of sheet metal. These flares only stick out 3 1/2" instead of 5" like other brands and they reflect the stock body lines much better. They are made from nominal 3/16" UV resistant ABS which is a heavy grade.
Feel free to PM me with questions of how I designed and then built these flares. There will only be a total of five sets of these fender flares available then probably no more.
