any1 in junction really good with cherokee electrical?

on my 1990 two. the break lights wont work,the turn signals stay solid lol, no winsheild washers just about it just need to make it street legal again the head lights work woohoo. any help would be nice:flamemad:

I'm thinking the turn signal guts in the steering column are fubar. Does the turn signal lever/switch seem to work properly? (Clicking and staying easy/smooth?)

Is your XJ a manual shift? Is it possible that the clutch master cylinder is leaking from the back and fluid has run down onto/into the fuse block?
