I stripped down a Ford 8.8 axle. Here is what's available:

Axle Shafts $50 (28 spline, not 31)
4.10 Ring & Pinion Gears $35
Limited Slip Carrier $35 (28 spline)
Companion Flange $20

I'm willing to ship to the lower 48, but shipping is not included in the prices. I'll charge actual shipping via the cheapest method (usually USPS parcel post). I'm located in 86314 (AZ).
