Ballistic Fab joints

A know a couple of guys who run these on their rigs. They love them. honestly, I don't think Ballistic can make anything bad. I run their 3/4" chromoly heims with teflon/kevlar lining and they are awesome.

As long as you run a rubber joint at one end of the links I think you will like them. 8 of these joints would be very harsh and would probably start making cracks in the framework over time.

The design looks sound. I prefer these type with the threaded insert that can be adjusted if the joint ever gets sloppy. I run the RE joints but these look to be the same thing, but would require a different spanner wrench to adjust them. I'd say go for it.

I disagree... I really like the all hard joint suspension cars I've ridden in...

And Eli - see my post on RockHardXJ.com

I think hard joints all around on a street car that doesnt get drove very much should be fine. Mounts on the car are much better than the mounts on an XJ.

It is no doubt less of a problem on a street car. It would provide more precise suspension motion. With the right shocks it might not be harsh.
