Front End Clanking

Sometimes if I make a turn around a corner and turn the wheels as to make a turn 90° or greater I get this clanking noise. Is this relating to steering or unit bearings? Might I just need a good old grease job in all the zerk fittings?

Check your axle ujoints and the unit bearings.

Does it do it both left and right turns?

Check the upper track bar ball joint. It could be worn out.
