87 XJ passenger side bumper mounts

Hello, I am building a pre-runner style front winch bumper for my 1987 cherokee. I got a template from a guy for bumper mounts, but they only fit the drivers side. Looking at the passenger sid there arent as many bolts, or holes to put a bolt. Can someone help me out on what to do, or give me a cad type drawing with measurments, or point me to where to get one.

do not to take in account the 3 steering box bolts on the driver side. Also my simple answer would be to turn it over, just checking that I am sure you've done it.
