97xj 242 into 94zj 5.2

anyone know if the 242 from a 97 xj 4.0 aw4 will bolt into a 94 zj with the 5.2 auto 249?

anyone i have my 242 sold if i can verify it fits

I looked this up on rockauto.com, both the 242 and 249 were used in the 94 GC 5.2L, but they both list different sized input shafts--the 242 .840" and the 249 1.550".

Call Advance Adapters or Novak, if anybody knows those guys will.
